American Family residential water loss

The couple that lived in this home had just gotten back from vacation and heard something they've never heard before in their home. A slow, but steady drip coming from somewhere, but where? 

After a few phone calls later the SERVPRO team was called out and arrived to save the day. Within a short couple of minutes and with the help of our infrared technology Levi Frost our Crew chief was able to find the location of the problem... the ceiling. 

Once we found the issue, cut a whole to see what's behind the drywall we saw a severe problem with the drip pan in the Air conditioning unit. 

We send pictures and videos of the loss to American Family Adjusters, and within minutes the claim was approved, and the drying out process went into effect.
