Rental Property Mold Damage From Storm Water

We got called out to a rental property in Queen Creek AZ that had water damage from a recent storm. Because the unit was not currently being rented, the storm damage had not been reported and sat for 3 months creating a nasty mold issue. This was one of the closets we had to cut drywall away from. There were other rooms in the house where the mold had grown all the way to the ceiling so whole walls had to be replaced. It usually only takes about 48 hours for mold to start growing after water damage has affected an area inside a structure.
