Guns are common, some people have them for protection, some have them for entertainment. This commercial property was a Pawn shop and they had more than just a couple of handguns. So SERVPRO had to work with the owner of GOLD PAWN to move all the weapons out the of the cleaning area.

• GUNS AND AMMUNITION: Our crews are instructed NEVER to touch guns or ammunition. For this reason, we request the owner to remove any such items from the areas we are cleaning.
• Although our supervisors inspect all work, you should accompany the supervisor on the final walk-through and bring up any overlooked items or concerns to the supervisor's attention.
