Odor Control

Never buy a home that you don’t know what’s inside.The Home owners wanted to see their new double wide trailer they just bought at a silent auction. Little did they know that they were about to walk into a house that a couple of cats had taken over, and a refrigerator that was unplugged for 2+ months. 

This refrigerator, which was left unplugged for over 2 months, had the nastiest odor you can think of. Maggots on every shelf, and of course a cheese stick was all that was left in the refrigerator. Let’s just say you should be glad you can’t smell through your screen.

The animals had definitely caused some major damage, but the home owners couldn’t even walk into some of the rooms because of how bad the odor was. Low and behold, SERVPRO was able to come out and make it “Like it never even happened.”
