Water heater removed, and found water damage and mold growth which got removed.

This lovely young couple bought a home in Mesa Arizona that was a little bit of a fixer-upper. Shortly after purchasing their home they found they had Asbestos, Mold that needed to be removed, and a water heater that wasn't producing any hot water.

They got to work on doing the things they could do, although they needed help finding a reputable contractor that can make all their problems like they never even happened. So they called us, SERVPRO of North Central Mesa. 

We arrived on the scene in early February 2019 and had a long list of to-dos.

• Stop the water from causing any more damage.
• Create a plan to tackle all the Asbestos in the home.
• Find the full extent of mold and remove and remediate it.
• Put it all back together with Reconstruction. 

Now, there were other items in the home that needed servicing, although they only wanted us to remove all hazards materials and debris. This is WHY SERVPRO is Faster to any size disaster. We were able to get all water extracted, mold and Asbestos removed and put it all back together before March arrived.
